We run a variety of widths, weights & densities and produce both spray & thermal bonded or unbonded material, including custom formulations.

Advantages & Cost Savings
Carlee highloft batting provides significant advantages and cost savings over many other materials. For example, it is a great foam alternative for outdoor furniture and other applications. It is hydrophobic (doesn’t hold water), not as rigid as foam so you can have a greater variety of shapes, and less expensive than foam.
